Why Become a Member? 


AANC is the first and only national organization that duly dedicated to assist all Asian Americans, Pacific Islanders, Native Americans, and others throughout the United States and abroad, in the much-needed areas of educational, healthcare, business and legal services, political, privacy/civil rights, and advocacy. We have an inclusive national membership, thus we welcome and encourage all Americans and others to join our passionate membership.

PLEASE NOTE: All donations, contributions, gifts, personal assets and/or membership fees and dues made or paid to the Asian-American National Committee, Inc., are duly considered by the IRS as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes, thus said financial and/or property contributions are duly and fully tax-deductible pursuant to the 501(c)(3) tax-exempt section of the IRS code and related federal and state laws, along with any other promulgated and applicable rules and policies. Please check with your federal and state tax laws and/or consult with your attorney of same. All of the above-mentioned types of memberships are all annual memberships, which must to be renewed annually, with the exception of life-membership for individual(s). Thank you. 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Returns: You have thirty calendar (30) days to return an item from the date you received it (membership fees and donations are excluded). To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and unopened and in the exact same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging and unopened. Your item(s) must have our official receipt or written proof of purchase, no exceptions. We reserve the right to deny any returns or refunds for any and all non-compliance to our Return and Refund Policy. 

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Shipping and Handling: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and handling costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable. If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund.
