National Offices & Services
The ASIAN-AMERICAN NATIONAL COMMITTEE, INC. (AANC) actively collaborates and partners with many prominent and effective local, state, and national organizations and U.S. federal and state government agencies, corporations, leaders, along with some international organizations, to deliver comprehensive and effective programs and services for all Asian Americans, Native Americans, Pacific Islanders, American veterans and others.

Our 16 National Offices
The ASIAN-AMERICAN NATIONAL COMMITTEE, INC. (AANC) operates 16 specialized national offices, each led by appointed directors and dedicated to a critical area of advocacy, service, healthcare, education, immigration, business and legal services, civil rights, and community empowerment.
Office of Civil Rights and Privacy Rights
Leading the Asian-American Civil Rights Movement — fighting hate crimes, racial discrimination, and harassment for all at the federal and state levels.
Office of Health Care, Mental Health, and Social Services
Providing access to critical healthcare resources, mental health support, and social services for underserved Asian-American communities, American veterans, and others. Co-Director Dr. Kevin T. Office of Telemedicine and Telehealth
Using advanced telecommunications and most advanced technologies to provide quality and affordable healthcare and referral services nationally and internationally. AANC collaborates and partners with state, federal, corporate, and international healthcare organizations, hospitals, physicians, medical clinics, and others to expand access to physical and mental health services for underserved minority communities, American veterans, and others.
Office of Economic and Business Development
Helping, supporting, advising, training, and advocating for small and medium-sized minority-owned businesses and entrepreneurs throughout the U.S. and abroad. Partners with the SBA, FCC, RAND Corporation, UN ECOSOC, and Fortune 1,000 companies. Co-Directors Cecilia Ngoc Vu ([email protected], ext. 815) and Brad Baldia ([email protected], ext. 822).
Office of Immigration and Naturalization
Providing information, education, and assistance on immigrant and non-immigrant visas, citizenship, DACA, political asylum, refugee status, deportation defense, and all immigration and naturalization matters (i.e., USCIS, ICE, CBP, DHS, EOIR, immigration and federal courts, and others), and naturalization. Serves domestic violence victims, farm workers, individuals with disabilities, and others. Office of Legislative and Legal Services
Advocating, promoting, and advancing before the United States Congress, states' legislatures, and federal and state agencies for legislation that protects all Asian Americans and American veterans rights, and others. Partnering and collaborating with the United States Congress, states' legislatures, federal and state governments, and others to advance legal protections and legal rights, and provide legal services guidance to individuals, corporations, organizations, and communities.
Office of Government Relations and Public Affairs
Building relationships with the White House, the United States Congress, and federal and state agencies to advance AANC's policy priorities. Co-Director R. Torry ([email protected], ext. 651) is appointed by Founder, Chairman and CEO Tuan D. Nguyen, ALM.
Office of Media, Film and Entertainment
Promoting authentic Asian Americans and others representation in media, film, and entertainment industries nationwide. Co-Directors Marella Nguyen ([email protected], ext. 851) and Sean Michael Afable ([email protected], ext. 677) are appointed by Founder, Chairman & CEO Tuan D. Nguyen, ALM.
Office of Financial Security Solutions
Providing financial literacy, security solutions, and economic empowerment resources to all Asian-American individuals, families, businesses, American veterans, and others to build long-term financial stability and independence. Office of Strategic Communications and Outreach
Managing national strategic communications and outreach, media relations, and community outreach to amplify AANC's mission, programs, services, and impact across all 50 states and internationally. Office of Fundraising, Grants and Contracts
Securing funding through federal and state grants, government contracts, and fundraising campaigns to sustain and expand AANC's national programs and services.
Office of Goodwill Ambassador and Multicultural Affairs
Fostering multicultural understanding, international goodwill, and cross-cultural partnerships on behalf of Asian Americans — building bridges between communities, nations, and cultures. Dr. Vahan Setyan, MS, Ph.D., has been appointed by Chairman and CEO Tuan D. Nguyen, ALM, as Director of our Office of Goodwill Ambassador and Multicultural Affairs. Advancing Asian-American participation and leadership in STEM fields and information technology sectors, supporting the next generation of scientists, engineers, and technology innovators.
Office of Finance and Blockchain Technology
Exploring innovative financial technologies, including blockchain, to empower Asian-American businesses, communities, and others with cutting-edge financial tools and economic opportunities.
Office of Marketing and Promotions
Promoting AANC's programs, events, and initiatives through strategic marketing campaigns to reach and engage Asian-American communities and partners nationwide.
Office of Special Projects
Managing targeted special initiatives and projects that address emerging needs and opportunities for Asian-American communities, including cross-office collaborations and time-sensitive national programs.

Guidance and advocacy for EB-5 immigrant investor visas, H-1B, L-1, EB-3, and all employment-based and family-based immigration pathways for Asian-American families and businesses.
National & International Supply Chain Management and Logistics
Supporting Asian-American businesses with supply chain management, logistics, and international trade resources to grow and expand their operations domestically and globally.
National Business & Leadership Certifications — Asian-American Business and Leadership Alliance (AABLA)
The Asian-American Business and Leadership Alliance offers nationally recognized certifications for business owners, executives, and community leaders across the United States.
National & International Business Leadership Conferences
Annual national and international business leadership conferences bringing together Asian-American executives, entrepreneurs, and civic leaders to network, collaborate, and advance shared goals.
Asian-American Leadership Institute
A dedicated institute for developing the next generation of Asian-American leaders in business, government, and civic life through training, mentorship, and leadership development programs.
Acute and Chronic COVID Care
Ongoing support and resources for Asian-American communities dealing with the acute and long-term health impacts of COVID-19, including access to care, mental health support, and community recovery.
Project Management Office (PMO)
Providing project management expertise, oversight, and support to AANC's programs and partner organizations to ensure effective delivery of national initiatives and services.
Asia Economic & Business Development
Facilitating economic partnerships and business development opportunities between Asian-American communities and Asia, supporting trade, investment, and cross-border collaboration.
